In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "92coco" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 92coco online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://92coco.app, and all related services, applications, and interfaces operated thereunder.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92coco platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the 92coco registration process, including all associated balances, transaction history, and preferences.

Upon registration, you are solely responsible for the security and activity of your 92coco account. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 92coco platform at any given time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

All financial transactions on the 92coco platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 92coco does not apply currency conversion fees to any transactions processed through these methods.

92coco offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and derived winnings that remain uncleared at the expiry of this period will be forfeited without compensation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92coco platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process.

Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal holds are in effect.
